Sound Engineering Programme
Masibambane as a Social Responsibility Partner with an Audio Sound company called Enterstage, a company based in Cape Town. Enterstage provide Audio Sound in Major in Events in Cape Town and around the Country. In beginning of this year we had a Strategic Planning with Enterstage we came to conclusion of Enterstage training the unemployed youth of community.
The plan was that Enterstage train the young people to be Sound Engineers, while the youth is being trained they also receive stipends in the process. The project resumed in late February this year the youth receives training from Enterstage and when fully trained they have the opportunity of starting their own company or business and some can be absorbed into Enterstage as employees.
