Since the establishment of Masibambane we have adopted the open book policy, thus made us very successful gaining the confidence of our community. Since we have a transparency policy made it possible for our community to partake in our activities. Masibambane does not only have the social relationship with the community but also the community can take part in the decision making of Masibambane. In our Annual General meeting (AGM) with the Audited financial statement/Reports in these years the community interacted in the discussions. Though Masibambane was not successful over the years to find a sustainable funding that will commit to it’s annual operational costs, Masibambane continued to be openly with it’s operations.
